Food was great but only one worker and food took an hour to arrive. Drinks took 45 mins and only received 3 out of 5 drinks. Worker also gave our food to another table and they didn’t give it back. Not worth the value

The food was very tasty. Initially when I arrived it was very busy and was told to go downstairs as more seating but when we went downstairs, there was no one there but after 10 mins, the host said if we wanted to go upstairs to eat as less people were there now, we said yes and made our way upstairs. There was a bit of a issue with the paying as we wanted to split some items but couldn't as they were using a tablet system that only states splitting all items or split the bill so in the end we just split the bill. Would deffo go back to try the chicken burger though !!

The food here is always excellently prepared; fresh and authentic. Unfortunately on this Wednesday evening there were so many dishes unavailable, and my (vegetarian) friend was quite disappointed that none of his choices were available; even the edamame beans... The staff are very sweet and polite but didn't seem very experienced. I'd still recommend Yen Burger as a hidden delight, really close to London Bridge!

Great meal! Food was really really good. It was quite quiet whilst we were there but it was still a really great experience. Some items on the menu weren’t available, but we all still got great quality food and service. Would definitely go back!

Had to order everything from an app which in turn adds service (paying for them to just bring it to the table), took 20 minutes for 2 beers so left after that. Could see everyone else was waiting ages for food.

The food was good…But! upon arrival you are told the food needs to be ordered from the app which is fine, however after we placed our order and paid for it we were told they had ran out of beer. The waitress had no clue how to do the refund and it seems they don’t have anyone in charge to sort things out. She promised we’ll get the beer refunded in the next few days and we replaced it with a coke.The place looks old, untidy and dirty. The seating area downstairs smells of sewage. Sorry not worth the £45 bill for burgers and fries.

It was fine for the price . But it is the cafe that it looks like. Our waitress was great

All 3 of us got our meals at totally different times, starters came out with mains. 2 of us had finished before the 3rd meal was even delivered to the table. The toilet downstairs reeked so badly of sewage I went across the road to the pub to use the loo.
