   We sat at the special table in the kitchen and had a fantastic evening! Several members of the team spoke with us including Jeremy the lead Chef, Justin the lead bartender and a host of others. They explained the inner workings of the kitchen. We sampled several different items, and an even few Amaros (after some excellent custom cocktails.) All were top notch! It felt like an extended back stage tour. Clearly the entire team is passionate about their craft. We would highly recommend this experience!

   The experience was what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. The service was fantastic, the drinks were excellent and the food for the most part had excellent flavor. The only part of the meal that fell short was our secondi. The Cotoletta lacked flavor and was not on par with the rest of the meal. I don’t recommend it. Aside from that, the food as I stated already was excellent.

   We had a fantastic experience! We were fortunate enough to have a reservation at the “chefs table” in the kitchen and thoroughly enjoyed watching the goings on. Our “guide” (name Racine?)for the evening was very helpful with suggestions. the som helped w/wine pairing- a delicious chard and a spicy red were perfect accompaniments. The chef/Silim, was so personable and we really enjoyed his in depth discussion on the food they make, etc. We started off w/a couple cocktails and the Hokkaido Sling was sooo good with delectable flavors. The caviar service was unique in that it was served w/prosciutto and burrata along with lovely little dough pillows (gnocco fritto)to fill all the ingredients with. So delicious! The focaccia was filled w flavor along w the olive oil. Gnocchi were perfectly tasty and light. The pappardella was heavenly - some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Then the Dover sole bathed in delicious olive oil - so scrumptious. We were so full that we could only order 1 dessert. We had the sortosopra and was equally scrumptious - not too sweet, but sweet enough. Sadly, I only have 1 stomach because I wanted to start all over again. If I lived in Nashville area, this would be a regular stop. Thank you for a memorable experience. We’ll be back for sure!

   The service started off very well but it took an hour and a half to get our entrees when the restaurant was not even half full. Tables that arrived after us received their entrees before us. The wait time was not acknowledged by the staff, however they did comp our appetizer. The appetizer was good but the entree was mediocre. I would not return.

   Experienced the chef table and highly recommend for a personalized, intimate dinner. Chef and staff took excellent care of us, personalized all aspects of the dinner based on a few nuggets of intel )how did they know so much?!) and made it a night to remember. Highly recommend the Tuna tartare app, their focaccia bread (outstanding) and the surprisingly delightful market greens. The fish was lovely (olive oil dressing divine) and the zucchini squash simply perfect. We will be back with friends soon. New fav in Nashville!

    This was our second experience here and sadly, both times have disappointed greatly. 1st time pasta and risotto were so undercooked we didn’t finish any of them. This time, the pasta was overcooked and flavors were dull. The polenta side was the only redeeming item we ordered. Service was slow and unobservant. The ambiance is strange, it’s like eating in the lobby of a hotel. For such a “high end” restaurant, all feels sloppy and poorly executed.
