   Yuta is a beautiful setting. Elizabeth, our server was very good and attentive. I had the elk with the rosti. Elk was fine but potatoes were way overcooked, hard and difficult to cut. Another guest had pork chop and it was overcooked for his taste. I was hoping to be blown away by chef but was not.

   Yuta is a beautiful destination dining experience. Expect a truly special meal and to be given excellent service by well-trained and knowledgeable staff.

   Your staff/service was the most exceptional we have experienced in a long time. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our experience. I experience flavors I had not before and they were great! The sunshine and oca salad was a new taste and food experience for me. It was yummy! My salmon was perfection, flavors, portion size and cooking temperature. We all share tastes and there wasn’t anything that disappointed, elk chop, steak and duck. Be sure to save room for dessert! We loved our waitress, Liz..she spent time with us, answered all of our questions, and was very friendly. Her support staff did a great job as well. We can’t wait to come back!

   Fabulous meal. Fresh and local ingredients, including in winter. Sophisticated wine list and great sommelier. Spectacular setting. Worth the 25 min drive from Park City. Highly recommended.

   We had an amazing evening at Yuta. We started with a drink at the bar followed by an amazing meal. Highly recommend!

   Yuta is such a beautiful restaurant. The menu is tight and everything is delicious. Servers were gracious and helpful without hovering. I love this restaurant.

    Excellent food served very well. Most dishes were excellent. Mary’s chicken dish was a bit blah. Appetizer choices were unusual and varied. Main course menu was a bit limited. Expensive. Previously cars parked at bottom of hill and there was shuttle service up the hill. One had to drive up now on very narrow mountain road with multiple curves. Count on one designated driver with no drinks even a single glass of wine. Wine selection for others was impressive.
