   Best salmon I’ve had in a long time. It was perfectly cooked and had a very flavorful sauce that perfectly balanced with the side salad and incredible rice.

   I have been before Zakiya, but this time on New Year’s Eve the food was just horrible, steaks were very chewy, Lobster had some weird smell and texture to it and lamb chops were burned as well as the chicken kebab. $330 for 2. With regret will never go again.

   We dined at Zakia on New Year's Eve at 6 PM, an early seating given our plans for later that evening. Upon arrival, the restaurant was nearly empty, which made the lack of prompt service surprising. It took about 7-8 minutes for our server to greet us, and when she did, her voice was so quiet that I struggled to hear her throughout the evening. I mentioned this politely, but the response was a simple “okay,” with no apparent effort to adjust or improve communication. The evening started on a high note with the food. The mezes were incredible—some of the best I’ve had—and the second course of shrimp harissa and crispy halloumi was equally stellar. However, the service issues became more apparent as the night went on. Our server picked up our empty glasses without offering refills, leaving my husband without the opportunity to order another drink. Then came a puzzling and uncomfortable moment when a dish that was served to us was taken away by another server, who explained it had been placed there by mistake. The situation escalated when a manager, within earshot of our table, admonished the servers to “be careful.” While mistakes happen, this was poorly handled and detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, the entrees marked a clear turning point for the worse. I ordered the filet mignon and my husband ordered scallops. As someone who regularly enjoys steak, I can confidently say that the cut I was served was not filet mignon—it seemed more like a sirloin. My husband’s scallops were over-salted to the point of being inedible. After such a promising start with the mezes and second course, the entrees were a significant letdown. For a prix-fixe menu at $150 per person, we expected an elevated dining experience. While the location and initial courses were stellar, the service issues and disappointing entrees overshadowed these positives. At nearly $400 for the evening, the value simply wasn’t there. Sadly, this experience left us with no intention of returning.

   I will always celebrate my NYE at Zakia. Food was amazing, service was perfect and the ambiance was bar none. Chef’s curated pre fixe menu was delicious and portioned right.

   What an absolutely amazing experience! From the ambience to service to the food, everything was exceptional! Highly recommended and will be back multiple times! Try the labne and hummus!

   Fatou h is really good, tabouleh a bit dry. Hummus is really good, say adieu is good and labneh is really good. Kahn b3ajeen not great and a bit salty.

   I would suggest the host be a little more welcoming when patrons arrive but other than that my entire experience was wonderful. Our waiter was fantastic and provided plenty of suggestions. We sampled a variety of appetizers from the lamb ragu hummus and vegetable crudite to the cheese rolls which were outstanding. The pairing of the cheese and apricot jam was perfection. For our entrees we went with the mixed grill and the filet mignon with a side of Brussels sprouts so that we could sample a little of everything from the chicken, lamb to the beef and grilled veggies. Everything was chefs kiss and I can’t wait to return.

   Food is always amazing!! Service and ambience is superb.. A wonderful venue for any special occasion. We highly suggest you go with a group of 4 or more and order many dishes to share. So many wonderful flavors to experience.

    Food did not taste like Lebanese food. Server careless And everyone there working were not respectful nor friendly The whole restaurant smelled like fish badly Not to mention good luck with parking and spend money for parking. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. There are many Mediterranean restaurants around the area that their food is great s And so is their service ( run by their own Middle East people )
