   Fuimos a desayunar y tardaron 45 minutos en traernos el desayuno que no era nada extraordinario, no regresaría por eso, sin embargo, lugar es agradable.

   Bastante malo, la atención es malísima tuvimos que esperar demasiado a que nos trajeran el menú, cero atención , los meseros poco amables (excepto Nevia quien medio rescató la experiencia) la comida sin sabor, el café frío, nada a la altura de un four seasons. No lo recomendaría

   Service is excellent! Location and place is awesome , unfortunately the food is bad, specially for the quality you expect in a four seasons , I can say the only thing I enjoy was the service and the pan de elote. Aguachile was flavourless , also with the calabacín salad. The smoked oysters had leftovers of shell in it and the flavour of the dish was bad, only the smoke oyster was good The ribeye steak was of poor quality and cooked medium when I asked medium rare. Steak was dry and chewy. Is not so expensive so I guess that’s the problem, they are not using top quality as you will expect . But I have to say that I was in a shopping mall today and the quality of the meat and everything I eat was 100 times better and way cheaper . So they need a lot of improvement to do

   This place was such a dream. Everything from the warm hospitality to the cozy garden like ambience made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be. My favorite thing was the cappucinos! Back home, coffee usually tastes burnt and kind of sad (looking at you, big chains). But here, it was smooth, rich, and had this delicate natural sweetness that made me fall in love with coffee all over again. I even sipped it black a couple of days later and didn’t flinch once like I usually do back home. That’s how good it was. Zanaya was comforting and it’ll be a spot that I’ll return to often if I ever find myself here longer.

    Servicio sobresaliente y el lugar es hermoso y tranquilo! Tienen valet parking del hotel. Me gustó la comida, algún día regresaré. Lo único que me gustaría es que fuera más variado el buffete.
