   We have visited this place a couple of times. We love the atmosphere and the fact that you get unlimited bread during the whole course of your dining experience. The food is delicious in general and the service is very efficient. However the reason we don’t give this place 5 stars is bc their cocktails and salads are in our opinion below the average, and bc despite being courteous most of their personnel always look discontented and exhausted.

   We have been going to Jaleo since it opened. Food and service remain impeccable. But the many times we have been to Zaytinha is always the same: slow in getting food, often offered something we did not order, not exceptional service. Even worst, by the time they bring the sugar and spoon for an espresso, it is already cold. In Jaleo, as in Oyamel, sugar and spoon arrives before the coffee!! Is it an attempt to duplicate slower service of Greece?

   Good food, but the service was disappointing, especially due to an unreasonable rule about the tasting menu on our anniversary.

   Excellent customer service from the entire team not just our server. The bus staff were on it! The quality of the food was amazing and worth the price. I have not been in years, and it was the perfect spot for my anniversary, and we included our 3 kids! Great memories. Thank you!

   Such a fun and delicious dining experience. Giancarlo’s was our server, who is full of great energy and fun. It is great to look around to the busy bar and restaurant and see all of the employees having a great time with their customers. Food and wine, always perfect in José André’s establishments.

    We were visiting DC over the weekend and I made reservations a few days prior to our visit. We got there early and were seated right away. Super fast service and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend this place.
