After living in Japan from r three years I find many good Japanese restaurants but none quite like those restaurants in Japan. Then I found Zeppelins in DC! I love the food, the service and the ambiance! Presentation was simply beautiful !

Excellent meal at Zeppelin! The sushi was fresh, the service was terrific and we had a wonderful evening! The extra dessert in honor of the 30th anniversary of our friendship was a very nice touch. Zeppelin is another reason for me to love the Shaw!

This was my first time, and the experience was amazing!!! Shout out to the Manager, who greets you when you come in. He ordered our sushi and dessert. He ordered everything we had, LOLOL, and nothing was wrong. Everything was Perfect.

Great sushi. Fun drink menu. I was able to make last minute reservations, and my table was promptly available. I got to sit at the sushi bar and interacted with the chefs. That was fun.

I have celiac disease, so eating at restaurants can be a challenge. The folks at Zeppelin are always beyond careful, prompt, and knowledgable. I mention celiac, and immediately a gluten free Tamari is at my table- and they don't need to ask further questions because they're so prepared. The food is absolutely delicious and in my opinion very reasonably priced for the quality. The drinks are unbelievable. Service is prompt, attentive, and unintrusive, and waitstaff always seem to be in a good mood- joking around and very kind. Seriously, there's one restaurant in DC where every time I go I wonder why I don't go every week, and it's this one. Zeppelin gets rave reviews for a reason. Make sure to get a reservation because it's popular, but I've never had an issue getting seated regardless. I adore this place and can't speak highly enough about it.

Amazing service and team! Jose and Santos at Sushi bar were super helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious.

quite loud, but amazing food. Service is spotty, and didn't come back to table often so order all you want when they first come by
