   Great potential but lacks quality service, considering the establishment I was quite shocked. Marble Bar is a better option, at the same location.

   Drinks were really good but service was poor and food was cold and missing items when it arrived. Would just go for a drink if you are in the area.

   Booked for Glass however there was a wedding on that night. I was not told about it or options. I was diverted to Zeta not realising it was not dinning. Turned up for our anniversary dinner and was told then that Glass had a function and we could not go. Zeta is a bar with bar food. We left and thankfully found a nice place around the corner. So if there was a function why could I book a table with Glass, then get transferred over to a bar? With no phone call or email explaining that Glass was not available? Communication could be alot better.

   Initially the music was a bit loud but staff assisted with finding a quiet corner. The venue was lovely but possibly less 'occupied' than expected. I am wondering why this might have been?

   Definitely wished there was more savoury options for the high-tea but the cocktails were amazing and the staff were super attentive. Had a wonderful time!

   After watching a social media post for unlimited cocktails I booked with high expectations. Unfortunately there weren't unlimited cocktails, the service was slow and the high tea didn't meet my expectations.

   Lovely high tea experience overlooking the QVB. Could have been more organised in terms of table set-up. Service was okay but it took some time for us to get our food after waiting a while and then being asked by one of the waitresses whether we had booked for high tea or not (which we had and this had been acknowledged when we arrived). We also had requested a different cocktail and had another waitress bring us a different one again. Communication between service staff needs to be improved. Otherwise the live music was great, food was good and cocktails were nice.

   The high tea food selections weren't that great, and the scones were cold and dry. It was also hard to get staff attention...

    We did the high cocktails at secret garden. The food and cocktails were delicious, wish the cocktails had a little bit more alcohol… I am a small petite girl, 3 cocktails and I’ll be drunk however I was able to down 5 and could barely feel anything. The live acoustic music was a nice touch and created an amazing atmosphere.
