We were sitting at Laika shisha lounge which is apparently a separate lounge from Zima restaurant so my feedback is based only on our experience in Laika, not Zima. Service is horrible, the young male waiter is not knowledgeable about the menu, we asked for Aperol Spritz, just a REGULAR one, he didn't know what it is...so we had to ask to speak to the bartender. I asked him MANY times to tell the bar to put less ice into our Aperol, as it was too cold, and my request was ignored several times. Shisha was not the best, we used to smoke shisha there a year ago on several occasions and it was much better. No comments on the food, it was ok. For this price point and location, the service should be better or at least the waiters should be more knowledgeable and welcoming, so the suggestion should be to train your waiters better. Will not be returning to Laika. Have nothing to comment on Zima. Just realised that we should've rejected to pay the service charge, which we paid.

Sevice was 10/10 special Kristina she was nice to me,smiling she choose for the best table with nice view and a manager Anna she was so professional,nice to me and helpful with everything.

Incredible service from both hostes and waiters, thank you very much to Kristina who quickly found a table and was very polite to our company and for recommending our lunch, Cherry Vareniki are really very tasty

Would’ve been much better if the shisha master knew what to do and did it in fair amount of time. Having a table for 2 hours and then waiting for an impossible to smoke shisha for an hour is a strange experience.
