We come here regularly and this was the first time we noticed service was super slow. It could have been a very busy night but nonetheless food is always fabulous.

The food was good. The service, not so much. Ordered condiments when ordering dinner. Dinner came, no condiments. 15 minutes later, after asking twice (and dinner getting cold) it finally came. After dinner, asked for a box and the check. 20 minutes later, neither showed up. Finally left. Not a good experience.

Too much noise during our visit - we love this place but felt like we were yelling sitting across from each other in a booth.

Never have I ever had such a rough experience. Kitchen was behind… I get things happen…. I ordered the burger of the month: the Prime Rib burger, I expected this to be juicy. I asked for my burger to be medium, it came out nearly burnt and well done. Thing was dry and crumbled in your mouth. Server was notified and she asked the kitchen how long it would take to remake it and she was told “it would be a while.” The resolve was more sauce and a free (dry) burger. By the time I left, there were 12 empty tables and an unfinished burger. The sauce couldn’t salvage it. Manager was not seen once during this visit- must’ve been too busy to satisfy customers.. won’t be coming back for a long time.

I made a reservation for inside, and when I got there, it wasn’t ready so they asked to seat us outside. Once we sat down, our server came and asked us for our orders - 15 mins after we were sat. I didn’t get the shake I ordered for 55 mins and it didn’t taste like gingerbread but more strawberryish. Then we wait some more and don’t see our server at all but 3 times the entire hour and a half ordeal so my husband and I talked to a manager who apologized and comp’d our food. The extra items I requested on my burger were on the side, cold (extra Brie cheese and extra grilled onions - well they were cold and un-useable). Now, for the menu - they have taken off all their specialty burgers and if you want to make your own, it’ll cost you over $20 and you don’t get sides - which is fine but make them good sides. This was my favorite place to get a burger for over a decade and now, I won’t go back. I was so disappointed in every way!

The food is great, but it took way too long to get our beers — and the staff should all be conscientious about taking away diners plates. The birds got rather aggressive on the patio! Yikes!

I was really disappointed! I’ve been there before and I really enjoyed it. I don’t know if they have new management but I was very disappointed.
