    The decor didnt match in any lifetime an italian restaurant! Our waiter although nice, was not attentive, never gave his name, didn’t know the menu. It was just an awkward decor for an Italian restaurant… Southwest painted steer skull with mermaids and paddles on the wall. Get a decorator and people can connect with the food!

    The food was delicious!!! Our service lacked. We were looking for new drinks when our food was delivered and no one came until our food was almost done. Not even water glasses filled! Which were small stemless wine glasses so 2 sips and they were gone. No one checked on us for a long time. I wasn’t getting anything crazy… all I wanted was a seltzer! Also the seltzer came in a tiny glass with a ton of ice and they charged me for each one. I had 2 sips and needed a new one and besides not being able to find someone to do that, I don’t think it’s right to charge so much for what is mostly ice. It also seemed like the kitchen was too slow for the amount of people in the restaurant. We waited a while for our first drinks and dinners and then someone to come get our plates and offer us dessert. The room we were in also had a lighting issue where it seemed like the lights blinked every 30 min or so. It was annoying. It was also very loud in the room we were in. They need to fix the acoustics. All in all I would go back, maybe sit in the main room and ask for a different waitress.

    Ambiance was amazing! Food and drinks were great... when we got them. Service was pleasant, just very slow. The staff started clearing the table and bringing dessert menus before we had even gotten dinners. Hopefully they can work out the kinks, because there is a lot of good things going for them

    This place is brand new and going through some initial growing pains. We had a reservation for 7pm and got there at 6:45. Out table wasn’t ready until after 7:30. The food and drinks came out very slow. But when it did arrive, the food was delicious. Our server was awesome given the situation. The food was absolutely delicious. The only complain food-wise was a felt the portion were a bit small for the cost.

    Food was decent but pricey Service was terrible Never received any bread (other tables did) Two entrees didn’t come as indicated on the menu and had to ask twice to bring it Dessert menus were given and waiter didn’t come back for 20 minutes. When we asked why he never came back to the table his excuse was I saw you were all talking so I didn’t want to interrupt. He definitely interrupted to give us the check. His response should have been an apology. I went to the bathroom and both rooms had no toilet paper I had to use the hand paper towels. I told the hostess when leaving and she said thank you but as I stood outside to wait for the valet she never left the hostess stand. Also there was no fresh pepper offered as well as grated cheese. Nor was there any salt and pepper shakers on the table.

    Saturday 6:30 pm reservation-place was packed got seated immediately service was very good. Food was very good. Very nicely done interior. Food was very tasty and very well presented. Portions were big - not huge Ordered a scotch neat- got a very generous pour. Will be coming back. Recommend it to my friends. Was a challenge with Valet parking. Only 2 attendants that couldn’t get cars into lot fast enough- some ended up stopped on Rt 10 travel lane waiting to get into the lot.

    From the appetizers to the desserts, everything was fabulous and delivered to the table quickly and hot despite it being a busy Saturday evening. I had the special entree (rigatoni with lobster and tomahawk steak in a cream sauce). It was incredibly delicious. We will be dining at ZOLA again soon when my son comes home for Christmas and my eyes are set on the double-cut veal chop!

    The food was excellent and very well done. However, we were in the room to the side and service was a bit slow. People complained next to us that they couldn't wait anymore for their dessert to come out. However, ours came out in a fairly decent time. Overall, I say it was a decent experience, and it would be even better if they can just be a little more attentive and check on those tables like ours who were sitting in that room to the side. I understand they could be short staffed too like many places are. That being said I will definitely go back and try them out again because as I said the food [we had fish] was done perfectly.

    Service was very attentive. They give you warm, fresh bread with Olive oi and vinegar and a plate of antipasta (olives, cheese, eggplant, etc) as soon as you sit down. Pasta Fagioli soup was very good. Chicken parm was very good.
