Perfect relaxing night to sit outside. Huge outside dinning area, so pretty. Service and our Servicer Cody was excellent. The Jerk Chicken Salad was great. Drinks were great also. Highly recommended. Try the outdoor seating...you will love it.

Restaurant seemed short staffed. Our server was also the bar tender and he got slammed. Kitchen lost our order and it took almost an hour to get our food once it was all said and done. My daughter ordered soup of the day- Chicken Tortilla. When it finally came they brought out Potato Soup and said they had run out of Chicken Tortilla. Manager did give a generous discount of our meal for the hassle and the server was extremely apologetic. Did what they could to make it right.

We haven’t been to Z Tejas in quite a while and this location was a first. From start to finish our waiter Joshua was fantastic! Joyful greeting, helpful recommendations and attentive to our needs without being obnoxious. I was surprised it wasn’t busier as the location is great! We will be back again!

Joshua greeted us on arrival and then was our waiter. Not busy on our 445pm arrival which was nice. Patio seating was delightful under the fans and misters. Food great!

Unfortunately they were backed up so service was not great took 30 min to get two glasses of wine :( :( :( Manager looked frazzled. Waiter apologized. App took 35 min food 45 min. Disappointing experience. Food was really good tho ahi tuna salad.

I'm a frequent customer and love the patio and the fact you're dog friendly. Service and food is always great but I do have one recommendation is to increase/change your wine selection. I wish you had a NZ sav blanc as an option and had more Rose/bubbles options. Personally I think the wine options aren't enough; however, that won't stop me from visiting. It's a great neighborhood spot.

Cheesecake was amazing so I ordered a 2nd to take home. Happy hour menu Tacos are a bit small! C’mon Z… step it up. Add a 3rd taco, it won’t kill your profit margin. Outside was pleasant with misters running. Server was excellent.

We used to love Z Tejas. They’re not what they used to be. Food portions were too small. Both alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks were very overpriced.
