   Server got a lot of things wrong. Fixed them but it required a lot of waiting. The did itself was good but probably overpriced for the quality of the service behind it

   Our guests food came out and they had to wait 20 minutes to eat before our food came out.

   I normally don’t make reviews but it was not a good experience. Food took forever to be ready, it’s not a place for family with kids. Our server that night was annoyed with us, she was in a hurry for no reason because the place wasn’t busy at all. Everything I asked she couldn’t help with.. anyway I been there before and it was great, but after last week I won’t be back so soon. Not worthy the money.

   I really liked this restaurant. The location is convenient and really nice with lots of shops and activities around. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The manager also stopped by to see how we liked everything. The food was delicious as well as the dessert. We will definitely be coming back.

   I have eaten there many times and this time the service was terrible. We had to get our own water refills from the bar, the server did not check on our table at all until we flagged her down 45 mins after ordering and receiving part of our meal. Asked her to take off the remaining items and for our checks and all of that took an additional 20 mins and was wrong. We were kind, tried to be patient, and we watched her check on all of the other tables. We have all been servers, we were never rude or even impatient, just ignored. It will be a while if we return, there are many options in the area for us to explore.

    We went for happy hour. We have loved their happy hour in the past, but this time was very disappointing. They have changed the menu and removed alot of our favorites. We decided to get a few happy hour items and 2 entrees. My entree was supposed to come with soup and salad, I never received. I had to send my entree of Chicken Katsu back, it was dry, and flavorless. We also got the fried rice with chicken and the chicken skewers which were also dry. The service was great and they did everything to make it right, we were just not a fan of the food for the price.
