They were 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Canceled reservation and went else where. They over book on what they know will be a busy night.

It was just busy because of valentines but it was alright the adults only roll was good

Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes so that sucked. But over all the food was great.

Had a great time with my beautiful daughters. Restaurant was very busy but our server handled the pressure with ease & plenty of poise.

Generally I love RA sushi in old town. The food is amazing. I had a bad experience on Valentines Day. I went with my daughter after her college tour. We were so excited to eat here. We wanted to beat the valentines rush and enjoy the happy hour sushi . We arrived around 4:30. We were clearly ordering off of the happy hour menu, making the most of it. The bill came and everything was regular price. No one told us and there were no signs or notifications in sight . I actually checked the menu before ordering and it said HH from 3-6 Mon-Friday. Had I known, we would have ordered differently, different food items, drinks, etc. The bill came and it was double what was expected. When I asked about it they said they don't do HH on Valentines. This is fine, but they should have shared in advance. They apologized and agreed and comped me $10, but I had still paid over $40 more than expected. It really was partially about the money, but the lack of transparency and how this information affected what I had ordered . To my daughter and I Valentines was just another day in which we were celebrating time together. We felt taken advantage of and I want to point this out so there are careful.

I had the Wagyu sliders and their Transfusion cocktail which was amazing. The server Brian was so accommodating when I had to keep getting up to take phone calls.

Beyond horrendous service. My dad is extremely forgiving with service and is often overly nice but even he was appalled and never intends on going back. I have only seen him this frustrated by service one or two other times.

Excellent sushi and batter-fried calamari. Service was awesome too! Both the Sushi maker and waiter were attentive and took good care of us.
