   We had a 7:30 Valentines Day reservation and when we checked in they said there was a 30min wait. We were seated at a sushi bar that was connected to a high top. The height of the sushi bar put us at the same level of the peoples butt sitting at the high top. Not an ideal romantic evening.

   Each dish came out a different times, they seemed overwhelmed. Food was just so so. And it ain’t cheap.

   Food was amazing, service was wonderful especially for a busy Friday night. Food was really enjoyable. Parking was a disaster, but I can’t blame the restaurant for that. We will definitely return.

   Each item we ordered was overpriced by about 15% and overpriced by about 30%. When it’s a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, you can overlook this. Great service provided by our waiter Blake. Convenient parking and no wait getting seated was appreciated. Overall delicious food and a fantastic experience.

   The reason for the one star is that I never got in to use my reservation. The Southlake location was locked at noon (opens at 11:00) due to a payment system problem. No sign out front telling you. We knocked on the door, saw employees inside who eventually came to the door to let us know. Pretty chilly to stand out there with no notice. So my party went elsewhere. Pretty poor handling of the situation.

   Ra panko shrimp had little flavor, lobster was over cooked and the filet was also overcooked with little flavor. I barely touched the meal and our server didn’t ask if we wanted tot take it home or if anything was wrong. We spent $100 including a $20 bday gift for dinner. Will NOT be back-always plain food, weird combinations and very loud.
