Brilliant girls night out at Radio rooftop. Wayne, the barman couldn’t have been more attentive, mixing us some superb cocktails. The food was really outstanding . Great atmosphere, music and service overall. Thank you for a great night!

The location was good, and the welcome team downstairs was fun and friendly; the team upstairs was not so much, with no smiles and not particularly engaging; it was quiet for a Saturday evening, although it was only 7 pm. The table location on the terrace was fine, but it was cold, and when asked for the heat to be turned on, they said they would, then didn't. The server was pleasant but distracted, and on several occasions, he walked away to do something else while taking our order. The food took a long time to come, with side dishes sitting on the table whilst we waited for the mains to arrive for more than 20 minutes, which meant the rice was cold. Drinks had to be requested a couple of times after the initial order, and the bar was very quiet. The staff were pleasant but seemed inexperienced. The food was tasty but not worth the money or the £50 automatic service charge. We won't rush back.

Had a lovely evening at Radio Rooftop. My first visit. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. We have some sushi and duck spring roles which tasted good. My only complaint is that considering the bar was only recently renovated the ladies toilets leave a lot to be desired. I won't go into details on here but they need some maintenance.

While the food was good and the location is great, I can't get over how terrible the service was. Servers looked confused like it was their first day on the job. I left a substantial deposit for the set menu and everyone kept asking me whether I had a normal booking or not. if you spend that much money in advance they should know. We weren't given cutlery or napkins and had to ask multiple times to get them. Ultimately, we stepped out to the terrace like every other guest, and even specified we were going to be back at the table, but got back in to find people sitting at our table and our belongings brought to reception. That was absurd. Nobody else was removed from their table and I find that absolutely appalling.
