   Shanna was our server; she’s awesome! Kickass score: 100%! Drinks were great; tropical mojitos and wine with dinner were solid. Kickass score 100%! Sushi, salads, & scallops were prepared perfectly! Kickass score 100%! Entree’s were solid; the mahi mahi was ok, a little plain/middle of the road, the lobster gnocchi had a healthy amount of lobster in it making for a big serving. If you’re hungry this is a good choice. Kickass score 95%! All in all a solid choice in you want an upscale dinner option. Recommended and will go back! Final kickass score 99%!!!

   The food was outstanding. Our waiter, George was possibly the best waiter we have ever had, anywhere. Totally enjoyed this experience!

   Food was very fresh and delicious, service perfect. You get free valet if you are eating at the restaurant. The restaurant itself is right off the lobby, you really feel you are at a hotel restaurant, view of the pool with ocean beyond. I would eat there again

   My husband and our friends loved having breakfast at Red Salt! Becca was their server and she was very kind, attentive and fast. They said the Loco Moco is the best and the Ube Pancake special on the menu that day, should be on the menu all the time.

   Our meals were fabulous! The seared Ahi was the best that we had on island. Jo Jo was a fantastic server! Thank you Red Salt for a great last night’s meal!

   Our server, Candace was great and very helpful. We got the "Valentine's Day Chef's menu". It began with 2 different preparations of oysters. We love oysters, but enjoyed neither of the ones that were served. This was followed by Dynamite Lobster sushi. That dish was delicious and the highlight of our meal. We then had filet as our main course. It was cooked well, but we did not prefer the flavor of the sauce. The dessert was supposed to be a molten lava cake. It was more like a brownie with vanilla ice cream on it. The cake was not tasty and there was definitely nothing molten about it. For the price of the meal, we were definitely disappointed and would not recommend.

   Overall our dining experience last night was very pleasant and met our expectations for a gourmet menu and, according to friends, a “not to miss” restaurant in the Poipu area. We shared three courses that were very nice: curried fish bisque, an outstanding sushi special, and seared mahi mahi which was slightly over cooked. Our main disappointment was slow service…no one came to our table to discuss the menu or even take even drink orders for 15-20 minutes, and the restaurant was not particularly busy. Our assigned server never even came and another took over after we hailed her over. After that the service was excellent and delightfully friendly. Though only about half the tables were full, the room was very noisy, even for a two person conversation. The ambiance would have been much more pleasant and “aloha Hawaiian” has the windows been open to the outside air, as every one of our other dining experiences had been.

    Our server Jojo was attentive without interfering with our meal and the food was top notch. Expect to see $$$$$$ but well worth it.
