   We all ordered the Nashville fried checked and waffles, it was great and our waitress was wonderful. We went at 1:00 PM on Sunday and it was nice to be able to have a conversation while we ate!

   The chef's buffet would be better if you could decide what you want brought out to you, otherwise just wasting food. The food was good, but not as good as usual. Did not care for the hashbrowns. Prefer my hashbrowns to just be potatoes, not cream, onions and other things that make them not even taste like hashbrowns. Would have liked more French Toast originally then one slice instead got thick bacon i did not want. For this being the way to get French Toast and Eggs together, wastes a lot of food.

   We tried Redstone American Grill for the first time to celebrate our 33rd Anniversary. We had a memorable experience. The steaks was exceptional and the Key Lime 🍋‍🟩 Pie outstanding. Our server Amy was very attentive and helpful the entire evening. Exceptional customer service from all the employees.

   For Valentines Day the dinner was disappointing. We were seated close to the kitchen and very very loud. The steak we had was tender but had no flavor. They got our potato orders messed up and had to redo the entire plate. The ambience is terrible. I have been in 3rd tier bars where it was better. I give credit to the server as she did her best considering how busy she was. We are talking this restaurant off of our dining list.

    That was one of the best Valentines menus I've seen in a while. I chose the surf n turn over the seafood fra diavolo but if I ever see that diavolo on the menu again, I'll order it :) John, our server, was great. He was attentive and came just frequently enough to make sure we had everything we wanted.
