Ever Restaurant Aruba is a freestyle fine dining experience on the Oranjestad marina at the Harbour House Condos. Chef Ever de Peña takes center stage in the open kitchen to showcase his love for culinary arts.
Settle into our dining room with seating for up to 14 guests, and let your appetite take the lead to an 7-course dinner menu. Our set menu focuses on fish, selfish, meat courses, and dessert.

   With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.
   Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”.
   He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. He has many accomplishments, which aside from his culinary degrees also include several medals and he is locally famous for being the first winner of ‘Iron Chef Aruba’.

   Next to the 'Old Mill' in Aruba you'll find a unique new restaurant, 'The Journey'. Michelin star trained chef Patrick van der Donk (Amuse Sunset restaurant) has made a very intimate chef's table concept.
   Credit card information will be required in order to hold reservation as well confirmation by phone.
   Not your usual bar seating set-up! Here you are able to dine at you own separate tables and still have a view of the chef creating your 5 1/2 course meal for a max of 20 guests per evening.
   Price $130 per dinner and $80 for the optional wine paring, small bar available.
   The evening starts at our cozy lounge with delicious hors d'oeuvres and bubbles, inside at a small and stylish set-up the chef will prepare every dish in front of his guests taking time to invite his guests over for a chat, he might even ask to help plating his dishes which gives a truly extraordinary dining experience. NUSA means island in Indonesian.
Our chef Wayan comes from Nusa Penida, a beautiful island off the coast of Bali. At our beautiful harbourside terrace, you will find an unique atmosphere. A little Bali feeling with an original Bali temple in the Caribbean.
Our concept:
Guests can order a 5, 7 or 9 dishes rice table. There is a choice of 16 delicious, freshly made dishes. We have a number of classics on the menu such as sateh and rendang. Indonesian soups and desserts are also on the menu.
Of course, we also have tasty vegetarian dishes.
Wayan cooks everything fresh in her own kitchen, with an emphasis on healthy and nutritious food. The rich spice mixes give an enormous explosion of flavor in the food. We cook pure nature therefor WITHOUT msg, vetsin or asinomoto (flavor enhancers).
