La famille Santoro oeuvre en cuisine depuis 1988. Leur restaurant décontracté Frankie's Beef & Pasta se trouve à Oak Lawn et propose aussi un service traiteur pour des dîners à l'extérieur du restaurant. De leurs robustes saucisses italiennes et boulettes de viande faites maison à leurs pâtes et sauces an passant par des desserts italiens décadents, le restaurant vise la perfection en cuisine et a mis la barre à la même hauteur en matière de service. Chez les Santoro, les clients sont traités comme des invités ; leur but n'étant pas seulement de les rassasier mais aussi de les bichonner. Prédestiné à ce métier, le chef cuisinier a été élevé et formé à l'école italienne mais a aussi su évoluer grâce à des expériences dans des établissements renommés des Etats-Unis et d'Europe. Sa vie tourne autour de la cuisine et c'est cette passion qu'il met dans chacun de ses plats.
