The manager was able to kindly reseat us, as I wanted to sit further into the restaurant. The food was delicious. I had the Cornish cod and market vegetables and apple crumble with a rather nice dessert wine to finish. Our waiter was very professional and provided a great service. However, nearly £70 for 2 people without wine is a tad steep to make Ember a "must go back soon" kinda place. We were not rushed and my husband had a birthday and the staff came out with a candle and sang Happy Birthday.
