For such a location and well known place the staff was very attentive and the service flowed throughout, from welcome fro g to final final limoncello. The meat was cooked as I requested (with no fuss) and was delicious. A great place to sit at the bar as well.

Fantastic restaurant. Spent a lot of time looking for a special occasion and the restaurant was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. Couldn't have been better.

We were in Florence for almost a week and this was our FAVORITE dining experience! It’s family owned and operated, the food is DELICIOUS! Everyone is so friendly too. This is the authentic Italian experience you are looking for and it’s really well priced even given the proximity to the tourist traps by the Duomo.

The performance added a vibrant touch to the evening, though I must admit the volume made it a bit harder to hold a conversation at the table. However, in a place like this, it’s part of the charm of the Hard Rock Cafe. Lastly, regarding the prices, I found them reasonable, especially considering the top-notch service, food quality, and unique atmosphere. In conclusion, the Hard Rock Cafe never disappoints. If you’re looking for a memorable evening combining great food, fantastic music, and an iconic ambiance, this is definitely the place to go.
