- DDee DeeAustin •16 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoRepeat trip to get their crab cakes, which are the best I’ve ever had (in the world)! They are still as good as I remember & the service & steaks & cocktails were also fabulous! If you like crab cakes, I promise you these are the best you can find. Great experience, as usual. I live in FL & route my TX travels around Vic & Anthony’s crab cakes, that’s how good they are.More infoVic & Anthony's - Lake CharlesPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Lake Charles•4.8
- AAaronLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoMr Johnathan and Mrs. Skyla gave us excellent service. Johnathan was very knowledgeable of the entree options and properly communicated them to us. Every dish was cooked perfectly including the medium rare 18 oz dry aged ribeye. If you are considering the creamed spinach go for, it is delicious.More infoGordon Ramsay Steak - Horseshoe Lake CharlesPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Lake Charles•4.7

Discover Lake Charles
Lake Charles, Louisiana, is known for its sulfur mines and its early 1900s-style plantation homes. Cajun food is a popular type of cuisine in this community, and it is as much a culture as a food style. You could try a bowl of jambalaya or a plate of Andouille sausage with steamed rice, gravy and fried okra. There are also several French-themed bakeries in town. You could enjoy freshly made beignets or fruit and cream-filled crepes with cafe au lait or hot tea. Lake Charles is also home to several sandwich shops where po'boy sandwiches are a popular meal for lunchtime. Shrimp po'boys are one of the most beloved local specialties. Give them a try with sides like coleslaw or pickles.
