I wasn't sure about cooking it myself, but the process was very easy and the QR code link to a timer made it super simple to know when to pull what skewer out. The service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. We did the 4 course menu, and while pricey, we were more than happy with the evening there. I enjoyed the experience so much, I very much wanted to hug the staff when we left.
