Excellent food, especially the liver & bacon as always. Fine wine. Service acceptable. Never disappoints. Hope to be back soon.

Very nice food in a lovely pub. Soup could have been a little warmer however

We met members of our family here, because it’s halfway between our houses. Great food, excellent service, nice ambience. An all round great place to eat, highly recommended. It’s just a shame it’s not closer to where we live, because we’d go there more often.

We enjoyed a very good lunch thank you. My haddock risotto special was excellent, my daughter in law was very happy with the duck and the two children enjoyed their fish and chips. The children's portions were quite small so we ordered extra fries! Very good and attentive service.
