Our Chef's main purpose behind creating The Dining Room’s menu is simple: satisfy all the diverse palates that visit us throughout the year. Our gastronomical vision is one of commitment: fresh, local, seasonal ingredients presented in a creative manner, a sense of comfort and simplicity, and a smile on our clients’ faces. At American Trade, we believe everyone should eat comfortably. We tend to accommodate any special dietary differences upon previous request. Daniel, our server, was friendly but professional, informative and patient, an exemplar of high-end service. The dining room is beautiful and serene. Worth a visit just to sit there. Food was just bad and stone cold when it got to us. (We were there for breakfast.)

I showed up at the restaurant and there was no one to great me. I had to inquire with the hotel front desk staff, they tried finding someone, but no luck. Very disappointing, so I went to another restaurant. I won’t be back to stay or to eat.

My husband and I have visited the coffee Cafe, Tiempo, twice and decided to try out the restaurant. First, the restaurant is beautiful. Open and airy with an elegant feel. The service was great. I have to say that we expected to pay a LOT more when one just looks at the restaurant. We had the skirt steak arepas and the short rib soup. Our entree was the sea bass and the tempura sea bass tacos. We went to the Cafe for coffee and took a slice of carrot cake home, which should bevon the menu. We spoke to some ladies in the Cafe, and we think that a LOT of people think the restaurant is really expensive, which. to me, it isn't. Might want to think of highlighting menu in the Cafe.

"La experiencia fue definitivamente inolvidable. Desde la atención, la comida y el ambiente, todo fue excepcional. Sin embargo, me gustaría que hubiera música; preferiría algo de música clásica o adecuada al lugar, en un tono más delicado. Aparte de eso, todo fue perfecto."

Excelente menú, bastante variado incluyendo una pasta vegetariana. Los postres a otro nivel sobre todo el pie de maracuyá. Buena atención de parte de los meseros, solo deben actualizarlos en los tipos de café que están sirviendo ya que le preguntamos y no supo responder (geisha, catuai, caturra, etc.) solo dijo molido.

Heard great things about this place for brunch. Decided to make reservations for my trip to Panama. The brisket Benedict was a delicious. However, Wi-Fi was lacking. No big deal but just a minor inconvenience.
