This was a nice restaurant. Our food was good. We ordered fried dumplings, house special fried rice, general tso chicken, and orange chicken. Both our chickens looked the same so I think they messed up our order and gave us both general tso chicken. Again, it was good but I was disappointed that I did not get to eat orange chicken. I loved their house special fried rice, it was delicious. Everyone was kind and the restaurant was clean.

Staff was hysterical while serving, jumping in to take pictures and telling jokes. Food was delicious and plentiful.

The space is non descript and you may expect something more upscale with the name Sky Pavilion. However, once inside and you browse the very extensive menu, you recognize the authenticity of the food. We had the soup pork dumplings to start which were excellent. I went with the spicy mutton,...soooo soft and tasty. My grand had the American Chinese General Tso chicken….very moist and not too sweet. We both enjoyed the lobster fried rice. I definitely recommend the restaurant and will go back to the jewel on 42nd street.

Wonderful food, Good combination of szechuan and more americanized chinese food, making it a good alternative for groups that want both. Warm service.
