Carnitas were not good, the meat tasted boiled. The rest of the food was great. Would be nice if food came with a small side portion vs buying a table side only.

I am delighted to have recently discovered Jäkō, which has proven to be an exceptional dinner location. While we were arriving and checking in our coats we were warmly greeted by Marco at the door. Our server, Jose Manuel, was exceptional in his attentiveness and professionalism. He maintained a perfect balance between being attentive and respectful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. Jäkō has now become one of our preferred dining destinations, and we’ll be incorporating it into our regular dinner rotation.

This is a cute place, with a great patio, and was clean, but the great stops there. The patio seating was awkward with a small low table that was hard to eat off of. We ordered the JAKO nachos and disappointed was an understatement. It was much like eating at the ballpark. Menu said barbecue beef, it was fajita meat, and very little of it. Menu said melted cheese, it was can nacho cheese. Maybe a better place to just meet for drinks and skip the food. Over all, over priced and would not choose it again.

Drink quality was poor. Margarita filled with ice and half full of drink. Other drink was served lacking fresh sprite - because they didn’t have any.

Service was outstanding and food presentation was stellar. Portions are very generous and every dish ordered from appetizer to dinner was on point. I def plan to go back soon.
