自助吧的蔬菜選擇多，不過沒有什麼火鍋料（像是蛋餃，蝦餃什麼的），不過自助吧麵類很多選擇。飲料有冰沙，可樂機，咖啡機甜點有蛋糕蕨餅冰淇淋機點餐肉類第一次點完，第二次可以直接掃QR code 點，非常方便還不錯吃

1.鍋子餐具都是油的 2.蛤蜊沒吐沙 3.加購100元4片的魚片很腥 4.未告知最後加點時間也未提醒，最後只有過來說只能吃到幾點幾分

用餐時間給100分鐘，時間到了一分鐘內連續告知，並催促盡快結帳，我們仍然在收拾隨身物品，且當時用餐不是滿位（尚有許多空桌），不需要一直反覆催促，觀感很不好，也讓人很不舒服。

服務人員態度不佳欠缺服務熱忱，需再接受在職訓練。整理來說我很喜歡貴公司的產品，經常去消費，上次消費感覺非常不好。

因為之前在其他分店吃過，覺得非常棒，但可能我對遠百店的期望太高了，所以大失所望，服務態度沒有不好，只是分店的人員表現的太好了，所以還是加油吧😓

工作人員非常的親切，服務也非常好，感謝朋友在那裡我慶生。可惜鴛鴦鍋的麻奶鍋，沒有麻辣也沒有牛奶的味道有待加強
