因為壽星生日優惠幾歲送幾隻蝦子想要過年期間去用餐，到現場才告知過年期間沒有，但我們利用這個管道訂位時卻沒有告知。到現場反應時，帶位的小姐口氣很差的說：『我們官網都有寫』一般人如果確定要吃哪間餐廳，根本不會透過官網訂位，而是直接google map 打電話或者用可以訂位的平台來訂，講得一副是我們自己沒注意一樣這點讓感受大扣分！既然有開放這樣的平台提供訂位（重點是當下電話打不進去）那是不是可以在這邊提供資訊讓大家知道？應該要所有的管道都盡到告知的義務會比較妥當。

餐點不錯、肉質也好、但價格有點高！巔峰時刻還有滿多空位的，想吃的得趕快了，不然之後可能會吃不到..

地方很大、東西也不錯，是採取自助式的，所以也無須訂購太豐富的餐點，但是在用餐時間上，提醒到點的時間太倉促，根本來不及做任何的動作，其他都很ok，還有特色的洗手台

服務生的訓練要再加強一點，感覺沒有被怎麼服務到，還要被收服務費。食物上還算可以，但如果以品質或份量來說的話，這個價位偏貴一點

自助吧設計不錯，可惜冰品有點少也沒有甜筒🍦不過用餐環境很好，食物新鮮好吃，服務人員態度不錯，改天還會再來

用餐環境區間非常舒適餐桌之間的間隔非常寬敞上菜的速度還不錯(用的是送餐機器人) 飲料拿取位置比較遠...多走幾步吧

帶位的男性人員腳拖地、沒精神愛理不理，送餐機器都比該人員有精神。用餐區剛入座桌下就有湯匙及用過的衛生紙丟在地上，望眼看到其他桌，桌下一樣有垃圾及衛生紙，感覺不像是需要付服務費的餐廳該有的品質。
