    雖然我們有人遲到40分才到齊，但超時時服務員沒有來催趕，非常感謝，讓大家能安心餐不必緊張。 整體餐廳服務非常好，氣氛佳，感覺比台北板橋店友善。 唯有些遺憾，因帳單拆成二張結帳，所以ocard會員點數收銀員未登入。

    現場只有兩名服務員，難免服務不周。 餐點種類豐富，偶有亮點，例如一口蝦棒沙拉。 總體來說味道不錯，但價格偏高，聚餐的話是一種選擇。

    預訂時有勾選包廂要慶生，但當天欲入座時帶位人員卻說過年期間網路預約包廂不算數，要打電話預約的才能指定坐包廂，當時明明現場3個包廂都沒人坐仍堅持不讓我們入座，我表示要給予負評後帶位人員才同意入座包廂。 請貴平台與義式屋古拉爵 花蓮遠百店協調一下，爾後若過年期間或特殊節日網路無法預約包廂，則請在網路平台加註標示，以免客人到場後再遭服務人員拒絕。

    大過年的，直接吃到酥炸全屍蟑螂，後續的處理方式也只是想息事寧人，完全沒有任何誠意，食品衛生令人擔心。

    餐點美味，份量不少，是三五好友或者家人聚餐的好選擇。有機會會再次造訪。又：這次飲料點的是鳳梨芒果優格思慕奇，沒預料很冰（有小碎冰），希望點餐的app上可以先說明一下。

    推薦理由其實很多 地下停車場我優選 好幾次同學聚餐及閨蜜包廂活動及生日餐 家族團聚都不約而同in 古拉爵環境大且優美 開心閒聊的好所在喔！🎉🥂💖👍

    牛肉蔬菜湯味道很水，跟以前差很多。餐點的味道都不夠，飲料也很淡，整體用餐感覺不佳。墨魚麵味道不足，鍋氣不夠。請問做餐點的師傅是不是工讀生？Pizza烤的也不好

    帶位流程有些怪，待餐時間太久，前菜最後才上，餐點肉品部分未熟， 服務人員告知是否把原來未用完的餐再煮熟，我們表示不願意，這樣感覺滿奇怪的，有請服務人員送一份弗卡夏，個人之前是常客，可能節日客人多繁忙，這天帶家人用餐整體感覺不佳！

    這次前往，服務比上次好很多。有預先設置嬰兒椅、兒童餐具和鉛筆、兒童菜單（孩子拿來塗鴉用了），比起上次，員工似乎比較熟悉自己的工作內容。另外，這次結帳時可以用visa加上百元的折價卷，但同一集團的涮乃葉店員卻說不能並用，讓人感到疑惑？
