吃過多家的燒肉店，宜蘭第一名燒肉店一定是燒肉吉室，服務好、食材新鮮味道佳、cp值更不用說，整體用餐非常愉快，絕對值得推薦朋友們來！！！

當天用餐消費899元最高價位，用餐環境整體算是很棒，服務人員也很常詢問餐點是否有問題或漏送，店內音樂也不會太大聲，首先推薦肉類有厚切牛舌（超級無敵厚切，肉質軟嫩Q彈記得別烤太熟）伊比利豬油脂剛好薄薄的一片吃起來口感鮮甜不膩，雞肉沒吃🤣，炸物類跟熟食超推（炸蝦🍤、鮭魚、和牛握壽司），海鮮超級推薦（生食級干貝、帝王大生蠔🦪、螃蟹腳）偷偷告訴你螃蟹腳可以拜託店員煮！會用柴魚高湯煮螃蟹腳，螃蟹腳口感香甜肥美，柴魚高湯濃郁香醇，兩個搭配彷彿置身大海🌊！

我們的位置一開始遇到滴水，請求服務人員換位置(而且當時還有很多空桌)，但是對方不換，還說把冷氣關掉就可以了。我們詢問為什麼不能夠幫我們換位置，對方回答如果換位置那別組客人坐了不就也會被水滴?所以我活該被水滴嗎?

當天可能是太多組客人，員工忙不過來，導致我們點的餐都沒有送上，服務員看到我們的空桌會貼心提醒我們可以加點，但我們點了東西卻遲遲未上來，直到點餐時間過後很久，東西才一次上，導致我們最後為了要趕上吃飯截止時間而吃的很趕，因為點的東西沒上來導致我們一直點餐，最後一次全部送上，為了不浪費食材而每個人都吃到太撐，還有烤網的更換從頭到尾只換過其中一爐，而且只有一次，這次的用餐體驗不是很好。

用餐環境良好且乾淨整潔，食材新鮮肉品鮮嫩海鮮新鮮多樣，服務人員態度很好主動幫忙去蝦殼讚👍，想要找家人朋友一起再去吃吃。

台北的朋友來宜蘭玩，特定帶她們來吃結果朋友跟我講牛五花怎麼變這麼肥（第一盤的油花很正常），我舉手告知服務人員表示這盤肉油花太多我們要退掉然後該服務人員表示那我們下一盤還要上嗎？（因為朋友想吃所以又再點一盤），我們表示要上，但是呢，服務人員居然回答：但是可能是同一塊肉耶，這樣我們還要嗎？我們當然不要啊，後面也沒講清楚如果後續我們還想吃牛五花怎麼辦，人就走了朋友整個超級傻眼😑 後面又出現點了烤土司結果送來了不知道是土司頭還是土司尾的反正就是不是一般的烤土司😑 這時候朋友已經不是傻眼了告知服務員想換一塊也跟她說明了結果啥也沒有朋友居然還問我這家店的烤土司都是這樣嗎🫠 重點兩次的反應效果都超差的朋友其實超級想吃牛五花結果因為服務人員回答的不明不白導致後面她都不敢再點😑

沒看過一家店還沒入坐開始算時間，怎麼不說你們耽誤我的時間要補還給我，不願接客可以告知我訂位時間已過，我接受但用這個方式真的蠻無言。不評論餐點好不好吃吃完進廁所看到死老鼠真的很反胃衛生堪慮
