The white soup base tasted excellent. The seafood and meat were fresh. Service was very attentive but you need to refill soup by yourself. They put 4 bottles of soup by table side for your convenience. Tofu and duck blood were refillable. They were very tender. I highly recommend this restaurant for hotpot lovers.

每次到台灣玩都會安排時間去吃無老鍋，幾年前的服務質素還好，但今天的員工讓我感到他們不太友好。單從食物來說是挺好的，我們午餐也叫了3000多台幣的食物，但店員就是一直在催，我們12:00到店，12:10上湯底，12:45開始就一直催，說「只剩40分鐘啦，後面還有預約」，不久又在帳單上寫13:30交枱，哪有火鍋只吃一個半小時？又不是吃到飽餐廳，就在那位女店員眼神一直催促下，我們趕快吃完，不能享受美食！但是13:30後其他桌的客人買單後，根本沒有別的客人！不知道在瞎催甚麼？

調味料當時拿取已經剩返不多放在桌子上的，碗內有別人食剩的米飯要求兩次才有服務員幫忙更換羊肉片切得太薄豬肉片沒有味道

Excellent broth with exquisite taste. Some special items not seen on other hot pot chains like free flow duck blood. Worth it.

台北中山的無老鍋真的特別好吃，但位子也特別搶手！預約了為佳。肥牛，黑毛，龍躉，蝦滑，瑤柱滑，水蓮是必吃的。

失望！跟疫情前的水準有太大分別，價錢也漲了！兩人$3000有很多別的好選擇！豆乳湯底還好，冰豆腐完全不滑！
