11.入場⋯桌上的盤子有蝦殼，明顯是前一天晚上沒清洗乾淨，廁所地上是濕的，也危險！份量偏小，用餐完畢用一個盤子裝牙籤跟紙巾時，掉地上也沒換新的，撿起來放盤子給客人，跟服務員說抽屜紙巾沒了，只補3個⋯而且是剛開始用餐的狀況！？員工的sop明顯需要改進！

我參加活動給了服務人員看了兩次優惠券，想要兌換烏龍麵，但服務人員一直都沒有上上來，直接吃飽離開一直都沒有

東西很好吃，量也蠻多的，cp值很高，但美中不足的是服務還可以更好，很多東西需要跟服務人員要才有，如：小朋友的塑膠杯，肉品吃到後面有點油、膩，建議可以改變一下出餐順序。

ㄕ上菜方式特別，但反而是敗筆，付了服務費卻什麼都要自己從輸送帶拿下來，有些盤子盒子還真是不輕，而且以份量和價格比較，感覺是吃擺盤的費用，唯一的桌邊幫烤卻烤了個寂寞….東西都掉了

東西真的好吃服務也很不錯但剛好位置在出餐口會一直有鈴聲噹噹噹的有點吵另外東西都用列車軌道送蠻有趣的但是有時候吃到一半剛好上菜會覺得很忙…

用餐時間未告知多久，桌上餐點吃完，繼續等餐點有2次，坐著乾等，等了好ㄧ下子才來，來了烤也要時間阿，等換烤網也講了3次，後來時間快到，店員說用餐時間剩35分鐘，烤完要幫你們打包嗎？我們有說餐點有送比較慢，我們剩這些烤完馬上吃。建議時間內要吃完，出餐速度有待加強！

吃過那麼多家燒烤店，你們家是讓我會想推薦給親朋好友的店家，也是自己會想再次光顧的店家。唯一的缺點就是，上菜速度對我來說有點太快了，沙拉的部份都還沒開始享用～餐點就一直上來，用餐的感覺很趕，因為上餐有點快，為了讓桌子有空間放食材，只能快速用餐，整體就少了一個慢慢享用的機會。

東西吃起來算好吃可是不到很特別沒什麼記憶點特別的是用有輸送帶來送餐但就是因為這樣餐點都不知道是什麼也不知道怎麼用服務人員來幾次有時候也沒有告知如何用

食材新鮮、擺盤令人賞心悅目、服務周到，適合喜歡拍美食的人，唯一可惜的地方是環境偏暗，整體來說算是很不錯了!!
