餐點好吃，桌邊服務人員也很好。因為此次用餐有帶長輩前往，桌邊服務人員很親切，也幫忙長輩將餐點切塊到好入口的大小，非常感恩。

結帳時的人較多，建議用紅龍拉出線來讓客人排隊，並且安排兩個人員結帳。有慶生人員用餐，建議在帳夾上直接備，注避免結帳時沒有算到折扣。

食物和服務都還可以，但用餐環境實在是有點糟糕，小孩子大吵大鬧，到處飛奔，用餐1個半小時沒安靜過，不適合喜歡安靜的人來用餐

以往到西堤用餐都會附上兒童濃湯及麵包和餐具，這次用餐需要經提醒才送上兒童餐具，雖然不是必須，但跟前幾次的感受還是有差別

我與家人們是母親節當天用餐，在上主餐前⋯ 湯品餐具還沒有收走，加上有加點炸物拼盤已沒吃完的麵包，所以桌面是滿的狀況，服務人員來送主餐發現沒有位置，先是翻了白眼之後，等其他工作人員收拾餐具，有空位以後才來上主餐⋯ 當下家人是很不高興，想請店員問是有什麼問題？你們要上主餐、卻因沒有位置而翻白眼⋯客人看到備感壓力，不知道是要趕快整理餐具還是要怎麼樣？工作人員確實是很辛苦，但翻白眼給客人看實在是令人卻步，不會再來用餐，謝謝。

點了兩份加價的牛排主餐，品質比夜市牛排還不如說要七分熟，來的是全熟。我吃的不是牛排，而是訓練咀嚼肌的食物。這已經不是我印象中的西提了
