The concept is "Enjoy on the Teppan, Wolfgang's Steakhouse's finest steaks with a focus on quality, aging and grilling". Rare USDA prime grade beef is dry-aged for a long period of time in a dedicated aging room and then grilled on the teppan in front of the guest. In the private dining room, Wolfgang's Steakhouse offers its signature a la carte menu, including prime steaks dynamically grilled on whole plates in a 900°C oven.

Last night had an incredible and memorable experience at Wolfgang’s Teppan in Tokyo. My brother and I are huge fans of Wolfgang’s steakhouse in general and we had to visit this special teppanyaki outpost. We sat in a private room, which I highly recommend. The staff, led by the manager Tony, was highly attentive and saw t our every need. The steak was amazing and it was one of our best meals in tokyo.
