The food was awful, badly cooked/warmed up and tasted awful. Service was ok and the staff were lovely but the restaurant was empty with no atmosphere. Didn't help when the kitchen lights were turned off at 21.50 making it even worse.

Easy mid week meal, was very quiet, but suited us for a catch up pre conference. Nothing special but nothing bad.

I don't often write reviews but i thought on this occasion i would say how my experience was... We arrived in Liverpool centre and on presentation it looked nice and a great place to have a nice meal, upon opening the door we were hit by the smell of the kitchen and guessing fish was on the menu this evening, there is an open kitchen so understandable but would of been better if the ventilation system did not leave the whole restaurant with an unpleasant smell that we could smell on our clothes later in the evening. The food was presented well and i opted for a Steak and Ale pie with mash, that was all it was and not even a veg in sight but the gravy was really tasty to make it a nice taste for sure, however then i noticed that the base of the pie was over cooked and i would even say burnt to which I'm sure Mr Ramsey would not be impressed about. Over all i was happy to visit and experience one of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants but i must say from my I'm not sure i would go out my way to return, maybe Gordon should mystery visit his restaurants to ensure all his customers have the best experience. I hope this was a one off with the chef having a bad day and normally the food is great, keep up the great work Gordon and your team. Regards.

Food was excellent. Service was 6/10. Service was not what we expected from this restaurant. The service in my local pub is better. The only saving grace is the food was amazing. Recommended for the food. Not the service.

The ambience was good and the server was very friendly & attentive. However, the burger and chips sat on the counter for absolutely ages before being brought to the table, and the burger was burnt on the outside. We raised this and they did refund the cost of the burger which was good as we didn’t have time to wait for a replacement meal. A lot of the meals don’t come with sides you’d expect so that really bumped up the cost. The prawn red Thai curry was lovely (very hot) and so was the bream with bok Choi. Overall the experience was ok but I expected better for the price.

Freezing cold and had to us a winther jacket during the eating. A very dry and overcooked hamburger was a big disappointment. Expected a lot more when the owner is one of my favorite chefs. Next time we go to Gino A.

It's an amazing experience The service was on point The ambience was warm and inviting The Beef Wellington Experience on a whole is to die for Absolutely gorgeous I will be telling all my family and friends

repeat visit, excellent food and service, will be returning addition of a charitable contribution and automatic 12.5% service charge should be removed and be discretionary

Was really looking forward to this meal here but was very disappointed. The food was good but nothing special for the price we paid , sadly the service wasn’t good . After our main plates were removed we were ignored for the next 20 minutes,nobody offered desserts , another drink or anything at all ! We finally got a waiter to bring the bill and it was then I noticed it included a service charge! I complained to the Head Waiter and all he did was remove the service charge ! A special treat ruined by poor service .
