Avoid at all cost if you are a wheelchair user or with a stroller. My family and I booked a for Valentine’s Day with our 3 year old and 4 month old, it was our first time having dinner outside as a family. When we got there the elevator was turned off, when they finally turned it on, my partner and my 4 month old sleeping in the stroller was stuck in the elevator, was told by a staff not to move and to stand still, after a while my partner and baby managed to get out but he had to take our baby out the stroller and wake her up which completely ruined our entire night/Valentine’s Day/our first family dinner out. The stroller was left stuck in the elevator for a while. Due to all these stress we ended up not eating there. It was disappointing as we were all looking forward to it.

Was really looking forward to going here but was less than impressed! The staff were rude and the food was awful! My chicken was pink so couldn’t eat it! Really expensive too! Nearly €100 for 2 adults and a child! Wouldnt mind that normally but the food wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately wouldnt recommend.

Kaizen is a welcome addition to Blanchardstown. Food is amazing. Huge menu with lots of the staples, with a nice twist and a separate dim sum menu. Presentation is fab. Service and staff are very friendly and efficient. Beer and wine menu is excellent too.

Fantastic food and very different to 'Classic' Chinese Irish restaurant experiences. No MSG full sauces, beautiful Dim Sum, Pork Belly was amazing, as was the Duck, broth and side orders. If you like Green Beans - there is a great side dish to order.... Will definitely be back!
