   The food and the service here were second to none! We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Clemson and they made her feel like a guest of honor from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. She even got a picture with Rick Erwin while we were there. We started out with a champagne toast and the night just improved from there. Our seafood tower did not disappoint with the blue point oysters and king crab legs to name a few. Our dinners were dynamite followed by delicious desserts and a signature drink to end the evening. Our waitress Tessa was world class! We are from New York New Jersey area and have been to a lot of fine dining places. I could not have chosen a better place to have my daughter’s graduation dinner! Thank you Rick Erwin’s and Tessa and staff! Amazing night ❤️

   As always, Rick Erwin’s Eastside never disappoints. Yes, it is pricey, but when you are there you are treated exceptionally! The food and service is remarkable and the entire ambiance makes it a special occasion! Plus, this time (and several others) the owner Rick Erwin shows up at your table and spends time visiting with you. That never happens at at any other local restaurant! Thank you Rick Erwin! And a big shout out to Shannon and Trey for their great service! Truly, a one of a kind dining experience!

   A wonderful needful evening with friends. Brittany did a great job serving us. The food was superb and the chef was great to make modifications as needed. Thank you!

   Normally, I have a great experience at this restaurant but tonight missed the mark. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our entrées. The waiter said the kitchen was backed up with large parties and there was chaos with the orders. The food was subpar as they’ve changed their menu recently and we had to remind our waiter that we were missing one of our side dishes. We waited another 10 minutes to get that.  i’ll give it another chance because maybe tonight was just an off night and hopefully the kitchen will get things straightened out.

    For my wife’s birthday, I wanted to take her somewhere local and still have a great customer experience and food. This was our first time trying Rick Erwin’s and it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again. As we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and through the dining experience employees would visit and ask how everything was going with a smile. Our server was Shannon/Shanna (forgive me on spelling) but she was great! Made us feel welcomed and created a good birthday experience for my wife sharing the best options on the menu and breaking down each item to help us select our meal for the evening. Additionally, she took some pictures for us as we headed out by the Christmas tree, thank you for making our experience memorable. We will be bask and I would suggest to anyone!
