Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

The Roaring Fork's Wood Fired Cooking captures the spirit of bold American cuisine, creating flavors that crackle with a rugged edge. In the Old West, the best food was prepared on a simple wood fire. This same spirit, freshness and flavor are at the heart of every dish we serve.

We are a group of friends that meet monthly, and we dine in different places in Scottsdale and Phoenix. We also celebrated a birthday of one of our colleagues. We love the Roaring Fork, and we will be back!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were very pleased in how we were treated, the food and the atmosphere. We have not been to the Roaring Fork for awhile now as we moved to the far east side of the Valley. We were not disappointed. From the moment we were created by the hostess, to the server in the Bar Area for Happy Hour to our table for dinner we were well treated. I believe our server in the bar was Matt and our table server was Kalyn. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making our anniversary night out enjoyable.

It’s been a few years since we’ve been here , so my husband suggested we come here for his birthday, was sat in a booth in front of the kitchen adjacent to the bar , I’m 6 foot 3 , 240lbs and had to squeeze into it , really ? The hostesses couldn’t tell that was obviously not a good table for four guys ? After a while a guy showed up asking for drink orders , he was the rudest . Couldn’t care less waiter I’ve ever had , he was very tan, could have cared less about making it a good experience or not , newsflash ! You ruined it for us. The shrimp cocktail is served swimming in atomic. Red sauce ! Usually it’s served on the side , I would of sent it back , if the waiter would of bothered stopping by , tortilla soup was tepid , barely warm , there are several menus floating around on Yelp and website, some of the items we were interested in , weren’t on the menu , After sitting around 10-15 minutes after first course , he took our order , I was planning on filet and lobster tail , but decided on the cheap burger, just to get it over with ! And get out of there. Burger was bland , pork tenderloin portion was so tiny ! Anyway ! Thank you for ruining my husband Ralph’s 66th birthday celebration! Won’t be back !
