   Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Our appetizer never came out, and the food took a 1 hour and 45 minutes to come out. Never coming here again.

   Everything was perfect! Our family of 6 enjoyed it all. Shout out to Christina and Shannon for keeping our table clear, drinks full and allowing us to watch the end of the game.

   This was my first time eating at this location. I consider myself a fan of Roy's restaurants. This was a business meal with 4 people. It was a Sunday and the restaurant was fairly quiet. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good. Everyone loved their meal. My only reason for not giving 5 stars for service was that when my salad appetizer arrived I discovered I had no fork. I resolved the issue by taking one from another table. When our entrees arrived 3 of us were without a fork. I mentioned to our server that we had taken silverware from other tables, and they apologized for the oversight. We finished off the evening with their chocolate soufle and pineapple upsidedown cake. Each takes around 15 minutes to complete so we made the decision to order them while still eating our entrees. Both desserts were amazing.

   Family friendly and so relaxing. It’s not chaotic like their neighbouring restaurants. You can eat comfortably and enjoy your time. Service is great and food is very good.

   The food and service is always great at this restaurant, but it the only restaurant that I have been to that does not give at least minimum parking validation when dining at their restaurant.
