   Excellent food, very nice atmosphere, superior service. Wonderful menu choices. Tonight was our first time, will definitely be returning. Fun, exotic drinks too. Expensive, but worth it.

   We dined fairly early, 5PM. We chose the private dining area which is lovely and quiet. Service was spot on. Food delicious, a little on the high side, but each of use(3) enjoyed what we ordered. Nice for a special occasion.

   We had reservations for a birthday dinner at 7pm. We were seated in the corner next to the emergency exit and fire hose. I didn’t get my cold food until 8:33. Most people were leaving. 7pp at my table and everyone got their dishes about 20 minutes apart. We were charged for the 4 pieces of complimentary bread because they noticed we were waiting so long. The manager never came to our table. The waitress was rude. Very bad experience and none of the 7 people at my table will return. It was a special occasion that was very negative.

   Took over an hour after we ordered our dinner to receive our meal ... simple fish waitress never checked on us. Food was good.

   Service was so bad. And for meals at this price point it is not ok. Arrived early. Seated 10 minutes late. Got to our table which was Not set and told to stand and wait. They sat another under table with people who came in after us while we stood there. Server slow to come over. Ordered white wine and they said they would bring an ice bucket. About 20 minutes later wine was warm and we asked again and finally got it. My entree came a good 15 minutes before the other three in my party. I eat at many fine dining places and this was one of the worst experiences. Oh and the food, it was good but overpriced for the situation.

   An awful experience. We got seated and waited 25 minutes to receive water. No waiter in site, the manager took over our table after multiple complaints from us. Total of about an hour to be seated and receive our dinner. The place was full and there was no one on our table until the manager took over. The manager offered to buy us desert which she said would be out in 5 after our meal. It took almost half an hour. Don’t accept a reservation that you can’t service!

    After waiting 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us the service did improve. But the confusion over who was servicing our table was very frustrating. Food was dood not great and we were seated in a side room.
