   I really enjoyed dining at RPM for the first time. The ambience was great. Except that it was cold inside so that even hot plate pasta got cold around 3 minutes. Also, for me and my lady, the pastas were a bit salty and molto al dente, meaning a bit undercooked. Even though the pastas were a bit salty, the sauce was really good. Overall it was good. I would consider positively to visit RPM Italian again.

   Empty restaurant but seated by door with draft. Server talked me out of what I wanted to order and into undercooked salmon. Second time giving this restaurant a try but disappointed again. Service felt very pushy and frankly unpolished. Would not recommend.

   We were not happy with the reservation desk for when we arrived for our 7:30 reservation at 7:25, we were told they were still working on the 7:15 reservations. We waited almost 25 minutes until we were seated and were thinking of leaving. Fortunately, our server, Scott, was fantastic and made our dining a pleasure. Our dishes were scrumptious. We thank Scott for his recommendations. We will return and request Scott again.

   Service was horrible. It took 30 mins to be seated with reservations & 2 1/5 hrs to get our food. They gave us the wrong pasta at first. Food was distributed separately. The waitress wasn’t attentive at all. She seemed to be irritated when we asked for things such as napkins. She never checked us we had to flag orders down to assist. The sides was luke warm. I was very disappointed. The food was just okay. The manager was nice. I specifically told them no pork but I believe the meal which was not what we ordered had pork in it which is unacceptable.

   I love the food at RPM Italian, but I'm knocking off a star because we always have to wait for a long time to be seated even with a reservation and I don't feel like the hosts/hostesses are ever friendly or apologetic. You can stand at the table and they will ignore you. This round we had a 6:45 reservation, checked in at 6:45, was told to wait a few moments and we waited 25 minutes, only going when I went to the host stand to complain about the wait. Then we waited several more minutes for our waiter to come because they are always running around so busy. We ended up getting our food an hour after our reservation time, so make an early reservation if you want to eat on time... Please tell your hosts/hostesses to be more attentive (can't just ignore someone who is standing there while they're finishing something, it's poor service).

    The service was great, staff was attentive and friendly. We went at 5pm so it wasn’t extremely busy yet. I ran out of water two times and had to ask for refill. The food was good but I not exceptional. We ordered pizza as appetizer and it wasn’t anything you couldn’t get at an ordinary joint. I am glad we tried it but I don’t think this restaurant will be a go to for us.
