   The most accommodating, hospitable team I’ve encountered in a long time. RPM Italian is doing it right! They assisted my late arriving party, made helpful menu recommendations, helped split a few dishes, super nice and engaging crew. Wonderful dining experience!!

   This was our first time to this restaurant while visiting Chicago. Service was excellent. The mood was very romantic and the food and cocktails were amazing. When you look online, the portions are small in the pictures, but we left plenty full.

   It has a good atmosphere and the service was better than most restaurants today. The food is overpriced when you’re served a few once’s of pasta and some short rib ragu $27 or 3 shrimp $39, dining out has become ridiculous. I’ve been dining at leye since 1980 and love their restaurants but the cost is becoming ridiculous.

   The food was good. We had pasta, eggplant Parmesan and cheesecake. The food was good and the prices weren’t too bad considering the location. The wine was VERY overpriced. The service was very good.

   Seated forty five minutes after our reservation even after confirming the day before. I think they over booked because a lot of people were waiting. Waiter himself was great, but all over service was just bad for the price you pay. Dirty plates sat there until the next round of food came out, and we had to move them to make room. Food sat under the heat lamp too, wasn’t really hot…not cool for a $54 piece of fish. It’s a highly regarded place, but we did not have a good experience. Must mention that a round of drinks was comped for our troubles.

   The food and service were amazing. Our waiter was very well educated and spent time walking us through the menu. He also worked with us to order the exact right amount of food.

   We really enjoyed our first experience here. We tried multiple dishes. The standouts were the Caesar salad and Brussels sprouts. Next time we will request a table. Saturday night in the bar was, obviously, super busy.

   I was able to score a same day reservation for a high top at the bar. They were 20-30 minutes behind schedule for reservations. I was not informed of the wait when I checked in. I would suggest taking less reservations to accommodate guests in a timely manner. The entrance was insanely packed with people waiting to be seated, a very chaotic scene to walk into. Drinks were great, food was good. Based on this experience alone, I would not return for future dinner service.
