I thought this would be a nice restaurant to try with my wife for her birthday, but we were very disappointed. Our waiter seemed very disinterested in serving us and ended up avoiding our table (would clearly walk by to check on his other tables, but avoid ours). He did less than the bare minimum- it felt like we were pulling teeth just to try to get him to take our food order. Additionally, there was a hair in our pasta, which also had had raw dough in parts of it. By the time our waiter came to check on us, we were ready to leave, so he ended up comping the pasta on our check. Overall, we were very dissatisfied.

We loved everything about this dining experience! The food was so amazing. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The ambience was beautiful and the crowd was energetic. We will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Chicago.

Our server was lovely and very informative. I had a hard time choosing between sparkling wines so she offered a tasting of my two options. The crispy brussel sprouts were delicious!

Fantastic from start to finish. Glen was our bartender/server and he did an outstanding job. Highly recommend as both food and drink were excellent and service and ambience made it a wonderful experience.

We love going to RPM Italian. One of our favorites. The food is always good and service is great. Our favs to share are the truffle bread, meatballs, and Italian salad, Brussels sprouts. Then the entrees are good portions and we take home what we can’t finish.
