Outstanding service! Delicious food. Cocktails were amazing! Romantic feel. Owner came over to speak with us. Bartender was very friendly. Hostess was very accommodating. Timing of everything was perfect. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought out a special dessert to help us celebrate! It was so good. Can’t wait to go back again!

First class service from an Island icon! Food was great, large portions and excellent experience overall. Mango tea is fantastic and the meatloaf open face for lunch was enough for two as well as gourmet taste and presentation. My date had the shrimp tacos and the corn salsa was an excellent accompaniment to the delectable shrimp.

We felt a bit rushed by our waiter, but over all was a decent experience. Will likely dine elsewhere when we return to Galveston.

I absolutely love this place. The service is on point and make you feel so special. The owner is there working alone side and helping out the servers. The food is phenomenal and perfect portioned. High recommend!

This restaurant is superb! The food is wonderful and the service is exceptional. Service timing was perfect and the staff were intuitive. Very pricey but well worth it in every way. All restaurants should be operated like Rudy and Pacos. A fantastic experience!

This was an amazing dining experience. The service is impeccable. You will see Paco himself greeting diners, clearing tables and serving food. I found that very impressive. Our server Alexis was wonderful. She described each dish we asked about in a way that made you want to try everything!

We share a wedding anniversary with our friends. Valentine’s Day. There weren’t any reservations available for Valentine’s Day so we went a day early. Which we have decided to do in the future No crowds. We love the food, customer seryand the ambiance. All 💯
