   Rumfire is our favorite place to catch the sunset on waikiki. The food is wonderfully prepared and the drinks are creative and fun.

   Rumfire is a popular nightspot in Waikiki and for good reason. The location is perfect and you can sit outside or inside enjoying magnificent sunset views of Waikiki beach. The decor is very trendy and there is live music. Rumfire is popular with tourists as well as the local crowd. The menu is Pacific Rim fusion and everything we had was tasty. Of course, being on Waikiki Beach the prices aren't cheap. Sesame ahi with cold soba salad is $29; sirloin steak with sweet potato fries is $27. The bartenders are well trained and they mix up an impressive array of signature cocktails. Using the Open Table app on my phone I reserved an outside table for two overlooking the beach for 7:30 on a Friday evening on short notice. My date was impressed.

   Sunset just spectacular! Postcard photo. Happy hour vibrant. Good live music. Tapa style food servings.

   Took an out-of-town consultant here for pau hana. I hadn't been in about four years...last time I went, it had a really hip and pleasant vibe. This time around, it was really noisy, and felt not quite as high class. We were sitting outside, and it just felt a little like we were herded cattle. Our server Vicky was very pleasant and actually pretty attentive considering how crowded it was. The view is beautiful as you are right on the ocean. They had live music; which I don't mind, I just wish they'd crank the volume down just a tad so you don't have to shout to be heard. The food was just ok; my happy hour drink was extremely watered down. The sangria pitcher was good. I gave it four stars based strictly on Vicky's service and the view.

   Service was really slow - so slow that our food was getting cold. However if our food had been delivered to the table promtly is would have been excellend rather than pretty good. The pricing is actually higer than listed as the menu is small plates - still worth the cost. You can't beat the location and vibe - we arrived a little before the band stopped playing.

   Always a great spot to hang out with a group of friends. Great atmosphere and good food. Great sunset views.

   Food was okay. This is not a dinner destination. More of a drink and snack before dinner.

   Went for Happy Hour drinks and light food.Being offered a good view table so were able to enjoy beautiful sunset. I'm sure I'll come back again in the future!
