   Everything was great the only reason they didn’t receive a 5 star is because their wine prices are a little extreme. Great selection but pricing could be looked at.

   The staff was very nice, but the food is just sub par. For prime steaks these filets were dry and just not that tender. My husband’s was stringy. We were disappointed with the quality. It seems things have went down in quality since the last time we went to Ruth Chris. We probably won’t go back.

   The service was good. Friendly and attentive. The food was also good. But for what they charge, the food should be AMAZING, not just good.

   Terrible, after waiting 2 hrs for our meal we ended up walking out. RSVP was 2 weeks out with a $ deposit. Clearly, they had overbooked for the day. Nothing offered for the inconvenience 45 minute drive, formal attire just to return home to go to a local Coney Island because everything else was closed. Had to call and inquire about getting my deposit back and yet again nothing offered for the mishap. I will stick to J. Alexander’s moving forward. Just thought I would try something different for VDay. What a huge mistake and a waste of time . And just to think that we pulled out our best of threads for an atmosphere of people with jeans and gym shoes.

   Absolutely excellent meal as always... we were there a little longer than we wanted but it was valentine's day so it is what it is!

   This is NOT a “Fine Dining” unlike Ruth’s Chris in Cabo extremely disappointed…Website states NO hats NO graphic shirts = Clearly NO dress code when we arrived When asked was told “well we ask but are NOT actually required as that would effect the gratuity-tip” Server was not as expected when you have to ask for a refill on water… to order… the bill… etc Food was delish… Now we get to the 1 star!! = THE BILL!! I was charged a $20 per person deposit for the reservation stated this fee of $40 would be applied to the bill… When I received the bill there is a $40 banquet surcharge?? Then a $40 credit?? = I just paid $40 for this reservation!! No $40 deposit was applied to the bill then the gratuity/tip percentage included the $40 banquet surcharge deposit that was added to the bill!! The set up layout experience of this Ruth’s Chris is NOT worth the trip…

   They served us the wrong tables food and we had to wait an extra 45 minutes for the food we ordered (sides were cold by the time the steak came out). Instead of getting any sort of discount for the inconvenience, we got upcharged for a larger steak that we did not receive (this was fixed after we pointed it out). Server was apologetic about everything but it was overall a bad experience, and he did nothing to try to make it better.
