    The food is always great and our waiter Jonathon made the experience way better, he was great- however the seat crammed in the back corner of the outdoor patio was awful, even the hostess apologized as she noted everyone hates this table. When you spend on average of $125 per dinner you expect more comfortable seating. It was freezing cold and then when the heater was put on the other tables were complaining they were too hot. We made this reservation almost a month in advance and were very disappointed to be so uncomfortable on such a special occasion.

    Both of us had the Ruth Chris Classic, onion soup for both, 60Z filet / 16OZ strip-mashed and spinach plus cheesecake for desert -Anna did a great job-enjoyed the Cab we had will be back.

    Bang average, and definitely not a ‘prime steakhouse experience’. Food was good (although has gone downhill since our last visit), wait staff attentiveness was virtually non-existent (seemed rushed or understaffed), and noise levels were through the roof. After today, I will always choose Lewnes over Ruth’s Chris - and suggest the managers of RC take a look at how a prime steakhouse SHOULD operate by paying them a visit.

    An empty restaurant and they tried to sit us in basically a tent with heaters lining the ceiling! Zero ambiance! When we said we prefer another table the hostess was visibly annoyed! By far the worst experience at a Ruth Chris ever! And we’ve eaten in NYC, Wash DC and several others!
