   Service ruined our whole night. They select who they serve and we weren’t one of them. Bordering on spiteful confrontational and rude.

   The food was amazing, and our table was ready early for us. The service was great, and I thank all at Ruths Chris for a great thanksgiving experience. I didn’t mind eating filet.. it was delicious!!!!!

   Had a station for dirty dishes next to our booth and had drinks spilled on my husbands back food took over 45 mins to come out from seating time. Meat was sent back twice for more cook time. Waited a long time for drinks.

   We will not be going back. We have been having Thanksgiving Dinner at Ruth’s Chis Steakhouse for about 10 yrs. It has been getting progressively worse, but this time be the last. The table setting was crisp and clean, the cocktails were good, and the service, although friendly, was extremely slow- even by Thanksgiving standards. Almost 45 min between appetizers and our entree, with little to no updates from our waiter. When the steak came, it was a poor quality cut. The lobster mac & cheese had shells in the lobster meat, and was overcooked and mushy. I’m sad to say we’ll be finding somewhere else to eat next year.

    we have been to Ruth Chris in Aruba many times and usually find it to be quite good. Unfortunately on this visit that was not the case. My fully chemo, very dry and lacking in flavor. My son also had a chicken breast off the kids menu and it was overcooked and dry. The rest of our food was good, but it was a inconsistent experience and very disappointing overall.

   We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving experience at Ruth’s Chris. Noella was our server and she was exceptional! From her recommendations on cocktails to the crème brûlée, she nailed it!!! As always, the ribeye was scrumptious and Brussels sprouts and augratin potatoes were delicious. Our highlight was the service! Thank you to Noella for making our Thanksgiving feast a special one!

    It is as we have come to exoect! Of all the Ruth Crist this is the only one that still offers the ONION SOUP! ( So delicious) My only negative would be, wines by the glass were very limited! Sergio was an excellent server & made our evening delightful.
